IDENTITA' LONDON The Italian Chef Congress

Founded by the journalist and food editor Paolo Marchi in 2004, the annual international gastronomic congress Identità Golose - organised by MAGENTAbureau in Milan - has quickly earned a reputation within the culinary world, as the platform on which globally acclaimed chefs meet to present and exchange ideas. In keeping with Paolo Marchi’s vision, it also offers an in-depth look at the innovation and direction of the world of cuisine, with a focus on quality and technique.

In just five years, Identità Golose has grown into one of the world’s leading culinary events, attracting top name chefs, global interest and delivering the latest news from the international restaurant scene.

Now, for the first time this popular gastronomic congress will be held outside Italy, with the launch of Identità London.

While Identità Golose presents to a more international forum, Identità London will focus on the best of contemporary Italian cuisine.

Renowned for it’s dynamic and multi-cultural restaurant scene, London is a natural choice for the expansion of Identità Golose and the UK event aims to highlight the quality of gastronomy emerging from Italy.

Identità London will be launched at Vinopolis World of Wine – situated next to the Southbank’s historic Borough Food Market - on Monday 29th June and Tuesday 30th June. The event will not only showcase some of the world’s leading Italian chefs, but also the very best of Italian artisan producers.
