IDENTITÀ LONDON 2011 will highlight the very best of contemporary Italian cuisine bringing the creations of six of Italy’s greatest chefs to the UK audience. The one-day only event will be devoted to Italian gastronomy, delivering the latest news and showcasing a selection of Italian artisan producers.

The evening Gala Dinner will see the 6 celebrity chefs creating a 6 course menu with carefully selected matching wines. As host, Chef Nuno Mendez of I, London will also be featuring a surprise element.

The 6 top Italian chefs (3 of whom are listed in the S.Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants) will showcase their skills and feature some of their signature dishes.

The full line-up is as follows:

Massimo Bottura – Modena
Antonino Cannavacciuolo – Orta San Giulio (Novara)
Paolo Lopriore – Siena
Davide Oldani – Cornaredo (Milan)
Davide Scabin – Rivoli (Turin)
Ciccio Sultano – Ragusa

Each course will be matched with an exquisite Italian wine. Water, teas and coffee are also supplied.

The event will be exclusive, a once in a life time dinning experience as the chefs are from different regions in Italy and have only come together for this showcase Identita London exclusive.

We have 60 tickets for sale (on a  first come first served policy)
