Opening in 2003 his restaurant Noma has attracted numerous awards and accolades. After only 2 years, it gained its first Michelin star and a second followed in 2007.
Madrid Fusion selected Redzepi for its Honorary Chef Award 2008, and most recently Restaurant Magazine listed Noma as number 3 in its World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2009.
